Your mission
Adagio Amsterdam City South is seeking a friendly and welcoming Receptionist (f/m/d) to ensure that our guests have an exceptional stay with us. As the first point of contact for guests, you will provide a warm welcome, ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process, and assist with breakfast and meeting events. You will be fully knowledgeable about the hotel facilities and services, use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities, and comply with hotel security, fire regulations, and all health and safety legislation.

Ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes in line with brand standards
Assisting with breakfast and meeting events
Maximizing room occupancy and promoting hotel services and facilities
Staying fully conversant with hotel facilities, services, and promotions
Providing feedback to team members and other departments as necessary
Complying with hotel security, fi re regulations, and all health and safety legislation
Your profile
Ability to multitask effectively while delivering excellent customer service
Experience within a similar role in a branded environment is preferred, but full training will be given
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Flexible and adaptable to changing work environments and situations
