Job requirements
Your Day-to-Day
- Prepare and present dishes in accordance with brand and quality standards.
- Collaborate closely with the kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Contribute ideas for menu development and seasonal dishes.
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards in compliance with HACCP guidelines.
- Participate in daily briefings, review guest reservations, and prepare for special events or group bookings.
- Handle unexpected situations — such as serving stranded flight guests — with a positive, proactive attitude.
- Proven experience as an independent or line chef, preferably in a hotel or à la carte restaurant.
- Strong sense of teamwork, flexibility, and quality.
- Passion for gastronomy and guest satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently, with attention to detail and efficiency.
- Good communication skills in English and/or Dutch.
