Borealis Hotel Group opened in September 2024, the Holiday Inn Express Brussels Airport. We are now looking for an F&B-fanatic to join our team.
The Holiday Inn Express Brussels Airport is being built in an ideal location. The largest Brussels airport is only 5 km away and the train station is only a 7-minute walk away. But also interesting sights, the NATO headquarters and the city centre of Brussels can be reached quickly and easily. The hotel has 208 rooms and offers breakfast, lunch and dinner to their guests all day.
A work day as an All-round F&B employee (f/m/d):
You enter one of the nicest hotels in Brussels, everything still looks spick and span. You are welcomed by your colleagues and together with the team you do a handover, which includes looking at the day’s reservations and the occupancy of the hotel. Any specifics on the F&B side, you will gladly take care of!
Together with your colleagues, you ensure that our guests receive the best possible service every day. The day starts quietly either in the morning for breakfast or in the afternoon for the restaurant with ensuring that the F&B area is ready for service. The hotel is almost fully booked and you expect a lot of guests for breakfast or dinner and then hear that there is a stranded flight whose guests are now coming to the hotel. All hands on deck! After all passengers have been provided with a snack, a drink or great breakfast, your shift is over. You will be free for the next two days, in the middle of the week, while the rest of Belgium is at work!
