Your mission
We are now looking for a motivated Sales Manager (f/m/d) who develops innovative sales strategies with passion and vision, successfully implements them and thereby continuously improves processes.
Your working day includes:
• Create and execute a commercial plan that interprets objectives of the business and maps out the actions and strategies to support the positioning of the hotels. This includes identifying and visiting potential clients.
• Implement commercial strategies for existing and new business opportunities, responsible for negotiating client contracts and maintaining client relationships
• High cooperation with the hotel General Manager, Area Sales Manager Area Director of Sales, and Revenue team to continuously align and devise strategies and tactics
• Working closely with the senior management team on-property and showing upskilling the team all opportunities to to ensure we maximize revenue at every opportunity
• Developing strategic plans and ensure the hotel remains competitive in the market place.
Your profile
• Experience in a Sales capacity, within the hospitality industry
• As the commercial expert for the hotels, you should be able to comfortably discuss business development and make informed decisions/recommendations at a senior level
• Preferably experienced in building relationships with internal and external stakeholders. in upskilling teams
• Ideal role for either an established Sales Manager or a Sales Executive looking for the next step in their career; looking for a multi-brand challenge
