Your mission

Wanted: The Cheerful Champion

At Staybridge Suites The Hague we believe hotels should feel less like… hotels and more like a really good idea. The kind where guests feel at home, surprise is part of the package, and smiling comes naturally.

That’s where you come in.

You are warm, welcoming, big-hearted, and genuinely care about people. You don’t just deliver service you create moments. You inspire guests to ditch the travel routine and actually enjoy their stay. In short: you’re cheerful, capable, and allergic to the phrase “that’s not my job.”

So… what’s the job really?

When guests walk through our doors, they should immediately think:

“Ah yes. I’m home.”

As Operations Manager, you’re the behind-the-scenes wizard making sure everything runs smoothly while also being front and center when it counts. You’ll keep the hotel humming, the team motivated, the guests happy, and the spreadsheets behaving themselves.

You might even step in as General Manager when needed, no pressure.
