Your mission

We are looking for a dedicated Weekend Night Auditor (f/m/d) to ensure smooth and secure overnight operations across our hotels during weekends. If you're detail-oriented, dependable, and enjoy working independently during the quiet hours, this is your chance to make a difference where it matters most. You will be responsible for overseeing the front desk operations during the overnight shift, ensuring smooth and efficient guest service, and performing end-of-day financial reconciliation. This role is a combination of guest service, administrative, and accounting duties, requiring attention to detail, accuracy, and professionalism. This role also includes light food & beverage duties, such as preparing and setting up the breakfast service for early morning guests.


Your profile

• Previous experience in hotel front office or night audit role preferred
• Fluency in English and French (Dutch is a plus)
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reconciliation
• Familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS); experience with Opera, Opera Cloud is a plus
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Job requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Front Desk Operations
• Welcome and check-in late arrivals in a professional and friendly manner
• Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints promptly and efficiently
• Process check-outs and prepare bills for early departing guests
• Ensure lobby and reception areas are clean and presentable during the night
• Follow daily night checklist

Night Audit and Reporting
• Perform nightly audit of all hotel revenue, including rooms, food & beverage, and other outlets
• Reconcile and balance daily transactions and post any necessary corrections
• Prepare daily summary reports for management (e.g. occupancy, revenue, etc.)
• Roll the date in the property management system (PMS) and close the business day
Security and Safety
• Monitor the property to ensure the safety and security of guests and staff
• Follow emergency procedures and report any suspicious activity to management or security personnel
• Conduct property walks and ensures all access points are secure

Cash Handling
• Reconcile the front desk cash drawer and ensure all transactions are properly accounted for
