Job requirements
- Prepare and cook breakfast items for the buffet according to standards
- Set up, replenish, and maintain the breakfast buffet during service
- Ensure all food is fresh, well-presented, and available throughout service
- Monitor food quality, temperature, and hygiene standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and buffet area
- Assist with stock control and ordering when needed
- Ensure smooth and efficient breakfast service
