The day begins either in the morning with breakfast or in the afternoon for the restaurant, where you oversee that the F&B area is fully prepared for service and that the team is well briefed, trained and organised. Your profile
We are looking for a proactive and experienced F&B professional who leads by example, stays calm under pressure, and naturally takes ownership in guiding and supporting the team during daily operations.
- You have a solid background in F&B, preferably gained in a similar restaurant or breakfast operation within a hotel environment.
- You are confident in supervising shifts, coordinating team members, and ensuring seamless service execution from preparation through to closing.
- You have experience coaching colleagues to elevate performance in line with service standards.
