Your mission

A workday as a Front Office Supervisor (f/m/d) – Holiday Inn Eindhoven Airport You enter one of the nicest hotels in Eindhoven, everything still looks spick and span, and you’re ready to lead the front office team through another dynamic day. 
As a Front Office Supervisor, you take responsibility for ensuring the smooth coordination of daily front office operations and handling any guest-related or operational needs. Together with your team, you make sure every guest receives a warm welcome, efficient service, and a memorable stay from check-in to check-out.

Your profile

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar Front Office position within a hotel environment.
  • A true multitasker who is constantly aware of the daily operation and keeps up to date after periods of absence. The front office is a highly dynamic environment, so setting priorities is essential while always keeping the guest experience at the center of everything you do.
  • Driving a strong hospitality mindset by following up on guest needs, creating memorable WOW moments, and consistently exceeding expectations every single day.

Job requirements

  • Taking the lead in the daily front office operation by setting the right example on the floor while coaching and guiding team members on the job to help them grow and succeed.
  • A proactive “see it, fix it” mentality: you don’t wait for problems to solve themselves, you take ownership and act immediately.
  • We are not looking for scripted reception conversations, but for someone who creates genuine connections with guests, thinks one step ahead, and delivers personalized service experiences.
