We’re looking for a dedicated Receptionist / Front Office Employee (f/m/d) who enjoys interacting with guests, providing outstanding service, and thriving in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Always delivering an exceptional guest experience
Ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes in line with brand standards
Assisting with breakfast and meeting events
Maximizing room occupancy and promoting hotel services and facilities
Staying fully conversant with hotel facilities, services, and promotions

Your profile

What We Are Looking For

A genuine passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests from all backgrounds.
A proactive "see it, fix it" mentality: you don’t wait for problems to solve themselves, you take ownership, identify opportunities, and act immediately.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
A solution-oriented mindset with the confidence to make decisions and resolve guest concerns efficiently.

Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays when required.
Strong teamwork skills while also being able to work independently and take initiative.
Computer literacy and the ability to quickly learn hotel systems and procedures.

Job requirements

As a Front Office team member, you will act as an ambassador of the IHG brand standards by ensuring compliance with mandatory online trainings and operational procedures.
You actively promote the IHG One Rewards loyalty program and take ownership of the daily awareness of member statuses, benefits, and guest enrollments. You understand the value of guest loyalty and confidently communicate program benefits to enhance both the guest experience and brand engagement.
